Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
During this time, the package will be packed and submitted for export customs clearance before leaving our country.

Once the shipment is dispatched, it will continue its journey to the destination country.


Tracking Information

Tracking numbers are usually generated within the same week of your order. However, please note that tracking details may not show full updates immediately.

Tracking information will become fully visible and regularly updated once the shipment arrives at your country’s customs and is officially handed over to the local carrier.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 10–14 business days

  • Express Shipping: 5–7 business days

Please note:

  • Weekends are not included in the delivery estimate.

  • Customs clearance procedures may require an additional 3–5 business days depending on the destination country.


Additional Shipping Charges

For certain destinations, shipments may incur additional carrier surcharges if the address falls outside standard delivery routes (such as remote areas or special airline routes).

If such a surcharge occurs, we will inform you before proceeding.

Please note that this fee is required by the shipping carrier and is not collected by our store, but must be paid to confirm and complete the delivery process.


Additional Charges for High-Value & Heavy Shipments

For orders with high declared value or heavy weight, customs authorities and the shipping carrier may require additional charges related to the shipment’s value, weight, or routing.
Please note:
The shipping fee displayed on our website is a standard fixed rate, used to purchase the shipping label and initiate shipping and customs procedures.

If any additional charges apply, we will inform you accordingly along with a clear invoice provided by the carrier.

These charges are not collected by our store, but are required by the carrier or customs authorities to proceed with and complete the delivery process.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled after 48 hours from the time they are placed.

After this period, the shipment will already be in the export process and cannot be returned to the sender once it has left the country.

Additionally, international couriers do not accept requests for shipment cancellation or address changes once the package is in transit.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for size changes or product changes.

Returns or replacements are only supported in the following cases:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

  • The wrong item or wrong size was shipped

If you encounter any of these issues, please contact us with clear photos within 7 days of receiving the package, and we will assist you accordingly.
